General outlook for the Rooster for the year of the Earth Ox 2009

Rooster / Cockerel
Dear Rooster people, time to get up early and crow your best! The Ox year brings you good fortune and success (if you work diligently!). Your business will expand, opportunities will arise for you to diversify and do joint ventures. You also have ‘noble people’, caring people and good company of friends to help you in your endeavors. Nevertheless, you also have some ill stars shining upon you. Before you embark, there will be some hurdles you will have to overcome. But don’t worry too much about it. There’s something more you need to be way of: This year, you are susceptible to gossips and rumors, all of which aren’t nice and good to hear. You will be easily misunderstood, misinterpreted and inevitably be subjected to defamation. You should be careful when you say things, don’t ruffle your feathers and keep a low profile.

Those who are employed will have to come to terms on some changes that will affect their position and roles in their companies. You may consider switching your current job or a different career. Although it’s a good year for wealth luck, it’s not so in the romance department. Your relationship luck is rather poor and Roosters who are engaged, attached or married will have to be very patient with themselves and their partners. Those who are still single and available will find it very hard to meet suitable individuals to start a relationship.

Health wise, you’re quite the healthiest amongst all zodiacs. Prevention is better than cure, so always check your food before you put into your mouth. And be more acute about the weather changes as you can’t afford to become sick each time a season changes.

Water Rooster People (Born in 1933)
A good year, with some minor slip ups in career and finance matters, apart from that, do keep an eye on gossipmongers. Do take care of your health and moderation’s the key word to a healthy rooster. Pay a bit more attention to the safety at home and make sure you are always on guard. You’re likely to get robbed.

Wood Rooster People (Born 1945)
Wealth luck fluctuates very vastly through out the year. So keep tabs on your finances and expenditures. Forget about forming partnerships for business and speculative industries to avoid huge losses. You have good health luck and you don’t have to worry much about being ill. Just be careful with daily routine, as you will be injured this year. If you like to hike, take a break from hiking and do a different new form of exercise. And try not to swim out in the ocean for this year. It’s a NO NO! Pay attention on the road while driving to avoid mishaps and car accidents.

Fire Rooster People (Born 1957)
You’ll have good fortune until the half of the year. Then it takes a dip and this is where you should pay attention. Manage your resources wisely and in time, there will be friends or people with good intentions offering aid to you in your time of crisis. Do not speculate or invest during the 6th to 10th month, it’s better to accumulate wealth after the 10th month. That will be the time for you to reap profits from previous investments.

Earth Rooster People (Born 1969)
You will be spending your money like there’s no tomorrow. Stop this habit so you can be well off at the end of the Ox year. It’s ok to gamble but in small amounts. Your greediness will be your undoing if you emphasis on big wagers at the casinos. Just be careful when you drive, eat and wear suitable clothes during seasonal changes.

Metal Rooster People (Born 1981)
Not much of good fortune this year. So work hard and be diligent. Don’t commit to risky investments. Try to refrain from overindulging sensual matters (ahem.. less sex perhaps?) Keep your loved ones close and Mind your words when you converse with friends.

Water Rooster People (Born 1993)
The arrival of the literature arts star is a bonus point for your studies and increases your chance of getting good grades during examinations. But at the same time, don’t neglect your health. At the same time, you will experience poor relationships with friends and schoolmates, and easily misunderstood. So spend more time on books and listen to music to sooth and help you during your studies.
