Rebirth of an old humble domain.....

This is the house I grew up in. It's located in SEA PARK, PJ. Now with the LRT station just a 5 minute walk away and Giant supermarket, a post office and loads of hawker food centres and kopitiams. I think this is a great place to live again! This house was full of good memories. I had a good childhood. I was very naughty and a handful for my mum to handles. Now, imagine me and my siblings are that too.. It's a full house!

This house measures 25 feet by 80 feet. Four rooms and a large living, dining and kitchen. There's a 5 feet backyard. It originally had an airwell. Now the airwell is a part of the dining room. So I'm going to do a lot of hacking and refurbishing. I'm also going to change the roof tiles and check the timber truss and columns. Oh yeah, I need to get in touch with the guys at NLC for termite check and fumigation. Oh.. my pocket just got burnt another hole!

Converting the main bedroom to be a part of the living room, the airwell is coming up again so I can have better ventilation for the house and a internal courtyard garden, with sliding glass doors that look into it. There's going to be a tea room so I can have my chinese tea with my friends as we looked at the courtyard garden. That leaves 3 rooms for sleeping, guest and study cum guest room. I so can't wait for this house to be ready. It will be a blast living here again!
