FHA or Food & Hospitality Asia is a bi-yearly affair for the F&B industry to showcase the best of the best in this side of the region. There are many suppliers, importers, distributors of various F&B services attending this exhibition. I got to sample a lot of good food and see many many skilled master-chefs in action, creating wonderful cakes, pastries, ice-creams to cooking up chinese gourmet 9 course meals and western gourmet 5 course meals. It was a gastronomic affair.
