4 days and a wedding dinner....

4 days, that's right, 4 days for the wedding people to help make Kyle & Lynn's wedding dinner a make or a break! Here's what happened within the 4 days.

Monday Apr 14th

Kyle & Lynn arrives back to KL. Calls were made to get hold of Nut and the rest of us.

Tuesday Apr 15th.

• Wedding committee's 1st meeting. What was discussed and established
  
• Nut, Booker and ML - MCs
  
• Nut - coordinate music and cue for the wedding march, food presentation
  
• Booker & ML - to write our speech and present in english and cantonese
  
• ASD - flower arrangements, bouncer, videographer
  
• Bunny - Photographer on the reception area 
  
• ML - to bring couple to restaurant to recce and finalised plans with the captain of the restaurant.
  
• Committee - to finalized the program during the wedding dinner. At which course, the MCs introduce the Groom for his speech, toasts, etc.

Meeting was adjourned at 2 am.

Thursday Apr 17th

2nd meeting. The committee invited the maid of honor and the best man to participate in the meeting. Present at the meeting: Nut, ASD, Booker, ML, Kyle, Lynn, Manny (Best Man), Swee (Maid of Honor)

Things that were finalized: 

Wedding timeline:

• Saturday Apr 19th
  
• 10 am to 11 am - Tea Ceremony
  
• 11 am to 12 pm - Luncheon among family & close friends
  
• 12.30 pm - Lynn is to head to her Yi Yi's home for photo shoot
  
• 1pm - Kyle to go to Yi Yi's home for light makeup for photo shoot
  
• 3pm - 4.30 pm - Photo shoot @ Yi Yi's home
  
• 5 pm - Couple to arrive at West Lake Garden for evening make-up and prep
  
• 5 pm - Wedding committee to arrive and set up.
  
• 7 pm - Arrival of guests, relatives, VIPs.
  
• 7.30 pm - Dinner begins.
  
• 11pm - Post dinner party!
  

All's set to go! On Saturday afternoon, almost everyone was in their element and preparing their own things for the wedding dinner.
